Sampo KM-712 Refresh Rate?

I have a Sampo KM-712 (17&quot monitor. I'd like to set this to 100Mhz but can't find any speca on it to see if this is possible. How do I know what the maximum refresh rate can be and what should the resolution be for 100Mhz refresh rate?

the V-Freq is 50~160hz, and the max res is 1280x1024 .. well you might get 1280x1024 at 100hz, i wouldnt run it that high, but it might be fine, oh ya if ur buyin online, the avg price is about 160$ US, good luck ..

Thanks for replying. I actually have the monitor already. I just don't want to break it by making the refresh rate too high. What would be a safe way to test it to see it I could set it on 100Mhz - what should the resolution be set at for this?

(Graphics card is Asus GeForce 2 V-7700).
