For the 1st time in ages, the government wants to audit our company's IT.

I have some ideas and sites to look at now, but please recommend some good sites that you know has decent samples for a full blown IT security audit. It doesn't hurt to compare and see if I'm missing anything.

what a coincidence, I'm starting to get into IT audits while working for the gov't...basically make sure controls are in place.
