Same sex marriage

To me, its seems crazy and nonsensical. Unions are fine just dont get in my face with it.

Furthermore, the feds need to keep their noses out of states rights and let the people decide what is right or wrong.

Same-sex marriage is legal in 19 states and the District of Columbia. Challenges in other states continue to make their way through the courts, many of them successfully.
A three-judge federal appeals panel recently upheld a lower court ruling striking down Virginia's same-sex marriage ban, a legal precedent considered binding on a judge currently considering the constitutionality of North Carolina's very similar prohibition.
The Virginia ruling, like similar cases in a slew of states, remains on hold and appears headed to the U.S. Supreme Court.

If two adult people find each other to love, then that's great and they should be allowed to marry if they choose to, even if they are of the same gender.

I remember hearing the same arguments from the right before interracial marriages became acceptable.

Yes there is. They are 2 things that one cannot change about themselves as they are born that way. And on a side note even if its only a "choice" i still dont care. What 2 consenting adults do with one another is none of my business. How would you like it if the whole thing was in reverse and you werent allowed to marry your female partner?
