Same processors, different "Thermal Power"

Synomenon

I'm interested in purchasing an AMD X2 4400+ from Newegg. However, I've seen on AMD's site that there are two versions. It looks like the only difference between the versions is that one requires 89W and the other requires 110W:

Is there any way to tell once I have the processor, which version I have (the 89W or 110W)? I'm asking because Newegg says their's no way to tell before they ship the processor out whether it's the 89W or the 110W model.
