I've seen this question asked, but i've never paid attention to the answer.
Got a 300gb hdd, showing as 127GB... how do I fix it?

Thanks

No, it can be an unfixable problem too.

Look at my sig. MY 160GB HD is 127GB as well. I have the latest BIOS, SP2, etc etc.... Partition Magic won't detect the other unallocated space.

:( Then what do I do if that's the case? I can't take it back since it's already opened. I'm running a shuttle. Does anyone know of any limiting factors on them?

Well, I don't have a floppy so is there a way to flash the bios in windows when it is designed to be done with a floppy?

If ya do a little searchin, you're bound to find a utility to flash from Windows. If ya can't find anything, just post back and I'll see if I can point ya in the right direction.
