Same desktop settings on multiple pc's

I have 3 pc's on a home network and 4 users. I would like to know how I can setup my network so when a person can have 1 desktop and profile that will load on any of the 3 pc's instead of each person having 3 desktop settings (1 on each pc)

thanks.

Of these 3 machines is one a "server" or do you have another machine that these 3 look to fo shared files, printers etc...?

One option would be setup a DC on your local LAN. Setup user account and configure roaming profiles with a home folder.

Another would be setup a shared folder on one machine and allow access to it from all 3 machines/users. The setup the profile exactly how you want it, put a shortcut to the share on the desktop and copy it to all 3 machines. This way they all have the same desktop appearance and can access their files from each machine.

Option 1 is the way to go IMO.
