Samba + Windows Share ?

So I have a network on this network, I have my main computer, Western Digital Livehub, A western digital TV Live plus, and some other stuff connected on the wireless. Upgrade the router firmware, its working great now. I can access the the Live hub from the computer and the TV and it all works, yeah. Now I am try to share a couple of folders on the computer and I am having no luck. The TV Live is seeing the computer but says there are no files that it can use. Its not picking up the shares. I rebooted the computer and the shares have disappeared, they are listed in the samba sever configuration but no where else. I am running Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid lynx LTS, with all the current updates.

Any thoughts or suggestions it would be nice to push files right to the TV Live. Thanks for the help
