I really enjoy the Light as an everyday beer, unfortunatly it's pretty expensive around here.

Summer Ale and Ocktoberfest are probably my favorite seasonals. I had a White Ale at dinner a while ago, it was pretty good. Not overly hoppy, which is how I like them (I'd rather have hop aroma than hop bitterness).

I need to figure out when they're doing another limited-run batch of high-gravity brew and see if I can put an order in at the liquor store.

Props to Sam Adams and Sierra Nevada Pale Ale for bringing good beer to the masses. That being said, give me a Stone IPA, Stone Arrogant Bastard, or Sweetwater IPA any day.

One of the reasons I love living in San Diego. 20 minute drive to the brewery for free samples and $8 growler fills!

I'm sitting here drinking a Sam Adams for the first time. Pretty good. Nothing great. Prior to the Sam, I drank a Yuengling Black and Tan. Now that was good! I do NOT like the regular Yuengling, though. Nasty.

Is another part of the country getting a different type of reg Yuengling or something? How the fvck can a beer drinker call it nasty. Not good, I could see, but nasty? Are insane?

I bought a pack of the regular stuff over Christmas & it was very watered down. Refreshing, but not much of a beer. Luckily there was some black & tan left in the fridge.

it's waaay overpriced, and at least half the varieties are just plain disgusting. The cherry wheat is an abomination. Winter lager is really the only one that's any decent, and you can do way better for less.
