I'm back from SLC and decided to put some pictures together of the trip. I don't have all of them up yet....I took some pictures of Huey Lewis and the News when I saw them in concert, but low-light isn't digital cam friendly. ;) I'll see if I can clean some of those pics up eventually and then maybe add some of the short videos I got too. Let me know what you think. ;)

Did you get to shag a Mormon chick? I hear if you tell them you're going to live forever, they'll do anything you want...they dig that kind of stuff.

Cool pics. :)

Oh, why am I living in this dump known as Houston? Stupid job keeping me here...

I've already decided that I'm going back to SLC just to board. I got stuck last week and had to be at a conference Mon-Fri so I only had time on the weekend to do it. I just have to figure out what months the snow is really good and plan around that time. Maybe early December before Xmas?

I'm not a skier, but I think it's better/there's more snow in January....at least we rarely have snow in the valley before Christmas.

Thanks for the tip. I usually just check the ski reports for North Carolina and go when there's at least 35" on the mountain.... LOL....slightly different than planning 6 months ahead. I just want cheap plane tickets for when I decide to go. :p

Being from Utah, I can say you are talking directly out of your ass. I don't even know what you're trying to say but whatever it is it's not true. I mean read again what you just said.

Scarpozzi i'm assuming you were there for brainshare, I went last year and it was a blast.

Nice pics, Scarpozzi.

Anyway, about the whole mormon thing, I have no idea what the hell any of you were talking about, so I'm going to try and stay out of it totally.

January and February. www.skiutah.com is your friend. You basically want at a bare minimum 60inches of snow before you even consider coming. If we end up with a really good year and snow totals are over 100" get your ass out for some great skiing.

That's what everyone tells me. I have a feeling that I'll be back out there next March for a business trip again like I was last week... I was just trying to plan another trip before that one so I'll be able to get some free time on the slopes without being in a rush. ;)

35" :Q that's 1/3 of the snow that even the crappiest resorts have here in SLC. that would kinda suck.;)
Mid to late Jan to early to mid Feb is when the snow is the best. next time you come up, you should try brighton. it's got a big half pipe and a decent terrain park, plus it's cheaper than snowbird. that's my resort of choice. it's got plenty of easy runs for the beginners and double black diamonds for the pro.
