Salmon fish fillet including skin... what to do?

My cooking supplies are limited but apparently I remembered to pick up a slab of fresh salmon.
Any suggestions as to seasoning and/or cooking it with?
I was going to cure them, but I want to eat when I get home at 4:30 :frown:
 
I don't have a smoke shack... but I do have a grill, an oven, and a stove-top. I think I'll blend it and go Iron Chef style for a salmon sorbe 😀
