She said that the web site does not reflect these sale prices. You have to know what you want and contact them directly for a quote at their cost. Below is a list she sent me on various LCD's:

for example:
"LM700" the cheapest price on pricewatch is $550 - so this cant be cost, since they list theirs at $599 - ugh

Here's a response back from Insight.com rep on LM700 being found lower on pricewatch:

Trust me Mike,
I also use pricewatch, pricegrabber etc... to compare my prices...I did notice than some of the items "lowest price" are even lower than our cost(which is extremely frustrating for us reps)...we run into this situation sometimes...the fix I've seen in these cases is on multiple orders, we are allowed to go as far under cost as possible to meet or beat the competition.

Insight is legit, but I think they normally want to deal with bulk & business orders.

This is not a referral "scam". Insight is an extremely reputable company, Shelley is a very customer service oriented rep, and I happen to be on her distribution list as a past corporate account. I don't get anything out of this.:disgust:

insight is not that cheap. they need/want business of course. this is just the ploy to get more 'hits'.

They can't just be looking for "hits" since this deal isn't available through their web site. They're only making this offer on direct calls to their reps.

I remember an Insight deal on TechB@rgains a while back where you had to call Shelley to get it so I think she's legit. Insight's prices are normally not that good. However, the economy is pretty bad out there and it's rough for a lot of online sellers so I can believe them reaching out to known customers with special prices.
