Salary Guides/Reports: IS/IT Graduates?

Hi.. Im graduating in 2 weeks and I'm currently in the proccess of negotiating a salary.

Im looking for some good online resources so I can create a report for my employer. Any links would be helpful.

FYI My info is the following:
-B.S in Business Admin:MIS
-I have 4 years of internship/coop experience (2 with this employer)
-ASP, PHP, ODBC, SQL(Server&Acces), web design/UI, networking, IIS administration and lots of other general skills
-My employer also plans on having me learn some Synergex asap
-Location Quincy, MA
-Current Rate $15.50 and I put in an offer of $40k-45k

If any other recent IS/IT graduates have gotten offers Id be really interested to hear your salary range, if you dont mind.. thanks!

Depending on location. If your cost of living is high, you'll get a little more. But otherwise, I've seen as low as 30k and as high as 60k at a fully experienced level.
