saitek "Gaming" or "Eclipse" Keyoard difference?

im looking to buy one of these since I dont like my g15, anyone know the difference betweent the two?


I heard the "gaming" versions is better since the "black keys" dont wear over time like the "grey keyed" Eclipse version


I simply need to know if they both light as id like to have backlit keys

main difference is one (gamer?) includes external 9 key mini-keyboard thing and the other doesn't. Gamespot.com has a review of both in their hardware section, they like the one w/o the add on keyboard better.

They should be the same... gaming version is one with the extra number pad I believe... and has the black keys. Not sure about them wearing out though. Both do have backlights.

yep figured it out,and its all that you guys stated

I just read that the see through keys can wear out (since the grey part is silkscreend over black

welp I bought the see through version nonetheless as the backlight/see through function

seemed to be of more importance to me than the added gamepad

had to return the g15 wasnt too impressed to be honest ad the darn lcd wouldnt work on my computer
