It might be cheating, but with my A/C vent right at the open top PSU bay, I got 20C Idle, 23C case, and 33C gfx. The PSU was at 26C maybe.

And before you say "CPU lower than CASE?! NEVAR!" ... The A/C was pointed so the 3 fans sucked the cool air out ASAP. Thus, the radiator and the water and the CPU got the really cold air, and the rest of the case didn't. The airflow is bottom to top, and the bottom are in the front of the case, and the A/C was pointed at the back of the case.

Silly but AWESOME. 2 x Prime95s got me to 25C.

That's just normal case position by my desk.
