This was posted in Hot Deals about a year ago, but I have been seeing an amazing lack of custom signs in threads lately. You have to sign up with a real email address to get a password.

Edit: This gives you the image in pdf form, so you'll need take a screenshot and manually crop out what you want. Pretty simple, but you'll need acrobat reader.
