Safely Removing Hardware

In the right hand corner there is a icon for "safely removing hardware". This usualy shows up for USB pluggins. Mine shows up for my Raptor HD. Have no idea why or how to correct. Any ideas?
 
Mine does that too for my 80gb sata drive with my lanparty ut I don't really mind it, it's not like it can safely remove it anyways lol.

 
right-click on taskbar, click properties, "customize" hide inactive icons, choose and make the icon "always hide".
