Safely Remove Sandisk in Vista

When I click safely remove my Micro Cruzer it says its safe to remove but the light on my thumb drive stays on. Is there a fix for this somewhere? I'm using Vista. It worked great in XP.

I think you asked this question the other day and it was adequately addressed. Pull it out!
