Safe voltage levels

What voltage level is safe for a duron 800? i'm looking for a bit stability so that it will get to bios on the 133 bus before i lower the multiplier, but i'm not sure how high to push it. Is 1.8 safe?

1.8v is OK.
How far do you want to push it?
My Duron 800 runs stable at 1gig with 1.65v.
When I push the voltage higher, the chip just runs hotter.
Run it as low as you can get away with.

what bus speed is that running at? i've been having trouble getting it to bios on the 133mhz fsb before being able to lower the multiplier.

I can run my Duron 600 @1050MHz with 2.10v and 1080MHz with 2.20v. Any more (up to 2.35v) voltage gives no returns in speed. 2.20v is OK, but I can sense that it is as high as this CPU can reliably take for extended periods of time.
