What is a relatively safe voltage for a venice 3200+ with stock cooling? I built one for a friend and thought I would try to overclock it some? Also, what settings do you reccommend? I am not new to overclocking but new to A64 overclocking. Thanks!!!

I am on stock voltage(1.4 volts) and cooling with my 3000+ E3 Venice and I hit 2.37 easily. As for a maximum voltage I wouldn't go past 1.55 volts, past that the results are very small and your temperatures could be in trouble.

My 3200+ that I bought from somebody here on the forums does 2.6ghz w/ stock voltage. I doubt you'll need to overvolt it too much to get good results.

I would agree with juffylube that 1.5 with stock cooler, 1.6 with excellent air/water and above that for phase/change and/or extreme cooling only.

The gains in Mhz will decrease as the voltage ramps up and will just about diminish as you approach a 20% overvoltage.

I believe that 1.55v is the general concensus. That's what I'm at and I'm running 2.65GHz.
