safe voltage for a p4c 3.0

like the title says...whats a "safe" voltage for a p4C 3.0

i want it to last 3-4 more years (through college)

currently running at 1.55v

Your 1.55 is definitely safe and it should last a normal lifetime.
IMO anything 1.65 (actual) and below will last at least your stated timespan and more probably the rated lifetime.
