Ive started my long quest of overclocking the AMD 64. I am using a XP 120 for cooling and OCZ 3200 rev2 for memory. My board until the DFI NF4 SLI, is the A8N SLI Deluxe.

What is a safe voltage for my cpu and memory?

I use 1.57-1.58v now...I wouldn't recommend over 1.6v air cooled alone....iI actually may drop back to 2.61ghz with 1.47-1.48v for safety, work with ram possibly at 1:1 and frankly the extra 80+,hz doesn't really make or break anything....

The XP120 is great heatsink. I still would never take it over 1.65v on air. As for RAM it depends from module to module. I don't like running more than 2.88 vdimm

http://www.ocforums.com/showpo...?p=3265281&postcount=3 --> Look at #13 for cpu voltage. RAM volts are up to your RAM manufacturer and are spec'ed on the manufacturers website.

I run at 1.62, I idle at 40 C load at 55 C.

I don't really think that voltage will hurt as long as your temps are down.
