safe vcore and vdimm

vcore = 1.7V ACTUAL
..which means set it less than 1.65v in bios...cuz on my friends, if he sets it to 1.65v in bios, it gives him 1.7-1.72v actual
asus overvolts...its aknown fact lol

vdimm....maybe 2.7 or 2.8
