Safe vcore and vdimm levels

Waiting for unlocked AXP2100+ Tbred B to arrive, and I need to know safe limits for voltages so I don't risk damaging the cpu and memory. I've heard that the sweet spot for the TBred Bs is 1.775v. I also have Crucial PC2100 memory that is quite happy running at PC2700 speeds with no voltage boost, but I want to know whether boosting the vdimm may help and how much I can risk.

I've ran some pc2100 @ pc2700 w/2.8v for 5 or so months with no problem...I'd say that it was safe, I was actually just using the high voltage to tide me over for some new ram, but that never came up until I sold everything a couple weeks ago and bought this stuff..

I have both cpu and memory at 166 mhz bus, with the cpu at 1.65 volts. Nice and stable running at 41c. My crucial memory is at 2.7 volts.
