Safe to Use Motherboard with a broken capacitor?

Here are a couple of pics.

This is a new motherboard with one single capacitor that broke off. Do you think its safe (stable) to use? Or should I immediately try to return it?

Thanks.

RMA that sucker as quick as possible. It might work, but it's damaged and it might damage something else.

Chaotic42,

I'm sure there was one there. It is the yellow/black capacitor to the left of the arrow.

Ah, sorry, my eyes are tired after being at work. 🙂

Send that thing back right now.
