I'm going home for the weekend and taking a plane to get there. I need to format and restore my os x so i can install boot camp (im one of the unlucky ones who is having kernel panics when he tries to partition)...
is it safe for me to take my time capsule through an x-ray and on a plane?
i'm most concerned about the heads on the hard drive. how do i know they locked into place? how do you even turn off that thing. lol.
any ideas?
