Safe to put VCR underneath LCD monitor?

Is it safe to put my LCD monitor on top of a VCR thats running? I was wondering if there are any big magnets or anything inside a VCR that could hurt the LCD. Thanks!

It should be safe enough as long as you dont block the vcr's vent holes,and there's no big magnets in there.

If there where big magnets in there you would erase any tape you put near it.
