I got some sushi last night, and I have a container of sushi I didn't open last night (not airtight). I put it in the fridge overnight and now I'm hungry for some 1pm breakfast. Is it safe to eat?

fish should be ok, but the rice might be rock solid.

*edit* oh and King Gheedora, do you make that weird shrilly sound when you walk around?

Of course it's fine. It just won't taste as good. I also agree with hungfarover.

of course it will be good. I have eaten 4 days old sushi. The rice will be hard as a rock though.

No, you should have left it out on the counter all night. What were you thinking!?!?!?

Eating it now. If I die it will be ATOT's fault. I thought maybe because the fish is uncooked it could still go bad, since it was at room temp probably for a few hours while it was prepared, delivered, and as it sat on my coffee table while I ate the Salmon Terriyaki last night.

RE-heat? Do you know what sushi is?
Technically, sushi refers to the rice used.
Anyway, if you have California rolls, those don't have raw fish in them.

Why would you eat the salmon teriyaki first since that is cooked? I would have gone straight for the raw stuff.
