Safe to drink?

So I have this Starbucks frappuccino in a little glass bottle. Found it in the back of my fridge. It says "Best Taste By Jan 10, 2005". The ingredients have "reduced fat milk". However it says "best taste by...." NOT "must be used by....". So is it safe or will I die a slow painful death if I drink it?

I don't know, but I'd drink it anyway. Seems to me that for legal reasons if it would be unhealthy after that date that they would have to provide some sort of warning. I bet it just won't taste quite as good but won't hurt you.
