Safe Temps for Opteron

Just wondering what "safe" temps would be for an Opteron and what kind of temps I can expect from running an Opty at 1.4v+ (possibly 1.425 or even higher, though I'd doubt I have the courage to go that high) at speeds of ~2800mhz? Right now I'm stable (not sure since my computer locked up playing Quake 4, I'll have to prime it tonight again, but anyway, right now I'm running at 2600mhz at 1.35v (stock voltage).

I'm going for 2700mhz+ (and above) and need the extra voltage just to make windows stable. So what would be safe volts and what kind of temps can I expect with a Opty 175+SI-120+Poor case ventilation (sort of)+1.4 volts+.

I consider under 50C load as plenty safe. As for voltage...that's a dual core? I wouldn't do more than 1.45v on it, but I take my single cores up to 1.5v and don't worry too much.
