Safe temps for 700 Tbird & A7V

I have a 700 MHz Tbird (noc) and an Asus A7V mb. The
temps I'm getting with the bios are:

36C MB Idle
38C MB Load
48C CPU Idle
51C CPU Load

These temps seem high to me. Will I damage the CPU/MB
or shorten their life running at these temps?
