safe reliable site to order cell phone with no contract

I am looking for a fairly new model on verizon.
I have checked out ebay and cellhut.com
Anyone have any experience in ordering.

You won't get it without a contract in most places.
I got a good deal at Wirefly.com on service with Verizon
Motorola V3M with charger, Bluetooth Headset all for $0
except for $10 shipping fee.

You can pay full retail at Verizon, or better yet find a verizon forum or two and look through the buy/sell ads. Many times people will get a phone for a month and sell it. And keep in mind Verizon is CDMA so has no SIM card. Watch what you buy
