Safe operating temp for an Athlon X2?

What are some typical operating temperatures for a X2 7850 BE? Just finished a build today and want to safely set fan settings.
 
i would think less than 60c at maximum load, once my x2 7750 gets near 55c it reboots often... dunno what is wrong with it.
