safe oc need some opinions

system spec
core i7 920 D0 stepping
oced to 3.5ghz stock cooling
cpu voltage is at 1.25v set in bios everest shows it as 1.207v
ram- mushkin ddr1600 9-9-9-24 set at 1.6v 6gbz
the uncore is at 16
and the mem multi is at 8
i believe the qpi v is set to 1.3v
intel dx58so smackover mobo
xfx ati 5870 1gb @ 900/1210

my temps idle @ 51-53C it went up to 57C while doing 3dmark06

i did run prime95 but temps were hitting up to 90C didnt fail but i was worried so i stopped after 15 min

i am wondering if my temps dont go past 65C while gaming am i safe to leave it
any advice is appriciated
my first oc with i7 so i am still new to this.

You are safe.

You should be able to keep it stable at even lower cpu voltage - see how low you can go.
It will lower temps too.

hey i got one more question if u got time
i am a little bit confused about the ram
the uncore multi and the mem core
i have ddr1600 ram , i did up the voltage to 1.6
and changed the timings to 9-9-9-24 but when i check cpu-z still doesnt show it running as ddr1600

If you want to increase mem speed you'll need to up this (or Bclk).
