Safe non OC X2 4200 temp

was wondering what the general temp readings people are getting with their athlon 64 X2 model cpu. I have arctic silver 5 thermal paste and stock HS/fan with no OC, and im at about 31c-49c(max)
 
Thats perfectly fine. I run at 51c overclocked, but my temps didn't go up much over stock, I think I was at 48c stock.
