definately not Oak Park.

My dad lives in downtown sac...on 5th street. It seems like a pretty safe place. It's in an apartment complex and he's never had any trouble.

Other than that, there are lots of nice neighborhoods in Elk Grove, Laguna, Folsom, Granite Bay...
