Safe CPU Temps

I am running an ECS k7s5a with an XP 1800+. I am running at 142/142 so i'm at 1.64ghz. I have the retial hs/fan on the CPU. Right now I have been running the Prime Torture test along with the 3dmark2001 test at the same time for the past 20 minutes, the highest temp reading I have is 59. Is this too high, or should I be safe?
