Safe Brisbane voltage

I know 1.45v is considered safe for X2's, but is the limit of what is considered 'safe' different for the Brisbanes since they are 65nm? I haven't been able to find this anywhere so I thought one of you guys might be able to tell me.

EDIT: I mean safe for regular daily use, not just for a one-time overclock.
