Safe AGP/PCI Settings?

How high can you go out of spec on the AGP/PCI settings before Bad things happen?

i have mine at 36/72 with no problems

i'm sure it's quite mobo-specific, however it should be noted that i can barely o/c the fsb by 3mhz (bumping agp/pci to 34/68) before crashing before loading windows
