Safe 3930k volts? (Worrying about degrading :( )

I was strictly told not to use auto voltage on VTT and VCCSA because it bumps it too high and degrades the CPU, mine was at about 1.25v for approx 24 hours. Both are now at 0.95v and my chip is still running stable at 4.7 1.29v on air cooling.

You think i could have damaged it with the VTT and VCCSA volts? Have any of you heard of this before? Please enlighten me.
