Safe 24/7 running HD 6850 OC

Hey!
Last thursday I got my XFX HD 6850. First of all, at stock speeds, this card is quite the little beast. Every games are more fluids and run better than on my HD 5770.

I'd like to know what kind of OC I could do on the card that would be safe for a comp running 24/7...

At stock the card is 775/1000...I though a 825/1050 would not be that extreme and could run all day long without hurting the card.

Thanks!

Any overclock that doesn't need extra voltage to be extra safe, but a little voltage shouldn't hurt it. 1.2 volts seems about the max I'd go. Just make sure your temps are under 90c at load and it should be ok.

I agree with this except the 90c part, I prefer to go more conservative (80c or less running OCCT). That way a game probably won't ever go above 80c. You may want to set your fan profiles up to ramp up more quickly, if you don't mind the extra noise.
