Safari Tab Behavior - Making it more like FireFox?

I have been using Safari for about a month now after giving up on FireFox and it's crappy performance as of late. In general I really like Safari in terms of speed and such. But I have two gripes.

When you open links from a given site in Firefox it groups the tabs together. Is there a way to make Safari do that? Also, when you open a new tab in Firefox and it takes you to that tab, when you close it it returns you to the tab where you were before.

Is there a way to make Safari act this way?

Glims I think should do it. It will also give you favicons on the tabs.
