SAE Mark IV B amp and Mark 9 preamp/eq...keep or toss?

Got given to me a vintage set of SAE components...a Mark IV B power amp and Mark 9 pre-amp/5-band eq.

They both seem to work fine when I tested them this morning, and I know back when they were made--the early 1970's--they were mid-high end stuff, but worth keeping now or just toss 'em on Craigslist and get rid of them?

The Mark 4B appears internally to be essentially two monoblocks sharing the A/C input power. Nice way to build but really, worth much?

So, it simply depends on what you already have. I don't see it as mid-fi. More like mid- high end myself. I remember when and Advent 300 receiver, used as a pre-amp tuner with an SAE amplifier as the final stage was considered competitive with the best. As long as it works well it should sound as good as some very expensive stuff even today.
