the man who wrote this song died yesterday @ 8:00am yesterday in his beauitful Texas home. The man that revoultionized weddings forever.....pretty sad, yeah the also said it took about a week to bury him.....you know they had to get the right hand in, then the left foot.....

Okay, so shoot me. Its sad news, but I don't know who the guy is, I didn't even know he was still alive. Interesting though.
 
wonder if he got any money for writing the song? Doesn't seem like something that was ever copyrighted :/
