What songs are so moving to you that they have the possibility of invoking tears?

For me, it'd definitely be Cats in the Cradle by Harry Chapin. Also, my uncle played the song "If I can only imagine" by Mercy Me at my grandfather's funeral and I bawled like a baby... but that was probably because of the moment.

Samuel Barber: Adagio for Strings
Annie Lenox: Why
Madonna: This Use To Be My Playground
Mike & The Mechanics: In the Living Years

I am sure more will come to mind.

Neutral Milk Hotel - Aeroplane Over the Sea. I was sobbing the first time I really listened to the words and the music in it. It resonated with me unbelievably strong.
