Saddam's $750K US Currency?...

What do you mean how did he get it? He was the dictator of a country; acquiring funds probably wasn't very hard. And they weren't all new $100 bills ... even if they were, so what?
 
i remember when this started... they said he stole MILLIONS (i forget the exact number) from the iraq national bank... or something. they loaded trucks fill with cash and bailed. i am sorta surprised that he only had $750k
 
I'm sure he's pretty resourceful. Many people have most likely helped him since he's been on the run and either gave it to him or he just carried it away with him from his palace. Not to hard to imagine him with 750K, I expected him to have way more and probably did buying off people to shut up.

If I remember correctly, his sons loaded billions from the Iraqi national bank into vehicles prior to the US invasion. A dictator with $750K cash?? Not too surprising I don't think...

Qusaey(sp?) loaded up $1billion in US dollars into trucks in the days before Baghdad fell. The real question is, where is the rest of the $1billion.

Because Iraqi money is worthless. US currency was the worlds currency, I say was because right now the Euro might replace the dollar sometime in the next 12-24 months.
