Saddam: Body Doubles & Tapes

Well apparently all the Audio Tapes were in fact authentic. Also most if not all Video may of in fact been authentic as well. Question is what happened to all of the Body Doubles? How many of them were there?

I noticed that the Mods asked those in OT to post Saddam issues here, Kudos.

I wondered this too. They must be hiding out themselves, hoping they don't get mistaken for him and dragged through the streets while people smack their corpses with the soles of their shoes.

When Saddam?s sons were killed in July, I remember watching a taped video of Saddam mourning their death. In the video, he had NO beard at all. I?ve been wondering how long it would take to grow a beard as full as Saddam?s beard in his capture photo.

Could his captured photo beard be older than 5 months? If it can be proved, it will show that the grieving video was a double.

Just a curious, but not very important question.

I could grow one of those in 5 months easily, A normal full beard is like a month for me

OK. Set that theory to rest. My face wouldn't grow that much hair in my lifetime, but everyone?s' genetics are different.

I wonder if any body doubles were killed by Iraqis whow thought it was really Saddam. Weren't there a lot of revenge killings right after Baghdad fell? Either way, poor guys.

You would think that they would've paraded him out in the streets or given the body over to the U.S. , of course this is for those that would want him gone.

For those that worship him they are obviously hiding the doubles so well that you never see or hear about any of them in the News. The whole thing is odd.

Arabs are generally pretty hairy. The REAL question is, in the time it would take Saddam to grow a beard like that, how long did the hair on his BACK get?
