Sacramento Comcast QAM listing?

I picked up a DVD recorder with a digital tuner, and when I hooked it up it picked up about 70 digital channels, most in the 74 and 95 range. Is there anywhere that has a list of what these channels are, or do I have to get a pen and paper and watch a lot of TV while waiting for a station identification on each channel?
