Sacramento / Bay Area ATOT ppl...with Pickup Trucks...

Any possiblity we could get hold of it?

We need to pick up a motorcycle this weekned... we are running out of suggestions..

otherwise we got to ride it back in the rain
:frown:

have your girlfriend stand by the side of the road...one of the guys that stops to pick her up is bound to be driving a pickup

otherwise go to Uhaul and pay $20 to rent one

uhaul charges per mile.. 99cents per mile for a pickup.. thats.. 800 bucks for round trip for the one day.. otherwise.. enterprise is 31cents a mile (about 300).. the Uhaul 14 feet truck is 265 for it.

Not sure what else..hertz does not have trucks.. got to check budget.

Else we got to rent a trailer and then hook up to my car. But i need a trailer so we got to get one installed for my car then.. wonder how much that is going to cost.

You expect someone from here to drive 800 freakin miles to help you pick up a motorcycle?

Most rental companies allow you to pick up in one location and drop off in another. Catch a ride to SF and rent a truck for the drive back to Sacto. That should halve your cost.
