Sac Kings vs *allas Mavs

But you gotta give credit to the Mavs

I am a zealous Kings fan but they have given us handful, albeit we are missing Webber....

EDIT: na kochu it suh

Kings just got lucky. Know how to play? They showed on the tv that I think with 2 minutes left Kings made 4/15 shots, Mavs 3/15. Honestly, the Mavs didn't deserve to win this one they way they played. They had ample opportunities to clinch it but they fvcked up royally. This just means we get to win the series at home 😛

No more horribly than the Kings would.

a.) I'm not korean, but I believe it means "I don't have a penis". As for na kochu it suh, I don't know

b.) Of course they have a chance. Both teams have won at each others home court so they've shown it's possible.

c. homecourt advantage is decided by regular season records...not by playoff seeding

Here is the reality for you:

If the Mavs are struggling so much against the Kings who are lacking interior presence due to Webber, what do you think will happen when Duncan and Robinson show up? You still have to beat the Kings 😛

Shady:

a) you will have to find out about this one

b)yes Sac has chance, the Kings have won there a lot. But in this series, home court doesn't seem to be much of a factor

c) The Kings finished ahead of the Mavs even though they have one win less because they finished top in their division. But the Mavs won one more game, hence homecourt.

so i assume the mavs and kings had identical records and the mavs lead the season series?

The Kings didn't get lucky, they played the right type bball to win this game. They attacked the basket and ran their offense through Vlade. No one on the Mavs can stop the Old Man. But all of the Kings went to the hoop. When Peja wasn't hitting outside shots he didn't keep shooting them, he went to the basket and got layups. Bobby did the same, along with Christie. NVE kept the Mavs in this game, and it is tough to win a game by yourself, although NVE is capable.
The Kings have been keeping most of the Mavs in check on the offensive end in the last couple of games, with the exception of NVE. The biggest part of this game is that the Kings wanted it more, they went for all the loose balls while the Mavs just watched. J. Jackson had 7 offensive rebounds himself! That is just crazy. The only Mav that didn't look like a deer in the headlights was NVE and then Nash at the very end, but it didn't make up for the rest of the game. I don't think a game 7 vs. Portland will help the Mavs in the situation because the Mavs were clearly the better team in that series...in this series these teams are evenly matched in almost every way except the Kings do have the experience. The Kings know that being home for a game 7 doesn't mean anything, just look at last year. The Mavs shot really well and they lost this game, it will be tough to follow up such a good shooting performance with another one, but again, if any team can do it Dallas can. In the end it will come down to the determination by Dallas, they still haven't beat Sac and all is on the line. Dallas will need to come out and play with experience that they just don't have yet. They need to lose some tough ones like the Kings have had to do....the mental edge is in Sacs favor, and they have veteran players that know what to do.

It's just one game. No doubt in my mind they'll win Saturday night. I don't give a $hit about Duncan and Robinson. They split the regular season series.

Regular season doesn't mean squat my friend. 😛

Yes, it is just one game, which will rattle the Mavs...

You make a lot of good points (paragraphs would have been nice) - fine - the Kings didn't get lucky. If the Mavs had executed they would have won this game - just stupid @$$ turnovers and shots killed them in the end when they had a chance. I'm not sweating Game 7 though, regardless of veteran leadership or mental edge.

Then you can't make the assumption based off how the Mavs play vs the Kings that the Spurs will rip them a new one, because you have nothing to base it off of.
