The shoulders are to broad and the arms have to much muscel definition to be a likely japanese female. I also think this is part of the reason the flesh colored body suit is there.

EDIT: I vote guy too, when you see it straight on, you can tell by the muscle def on the upper arms and shoulders...for sure
 
If that's a guy he's really frickin' skinny and should have his ass pummeled. (Proportions of his/her body look like a woman more than a man)
 
If you go to the main page, there is a gallery of images. The pictures are kind of scary. He/she is wearking some sort of body suit.

I honestly, and wholly agree with you!!! Those pics in the gallery are even creepier!!! wow, that ranks up there with Furries/Plushies, the most freaky fetish in the world!
